By completing a purchase and checkout procedure with Clean Republic LLC, you agree to use the purchased item at your own risk, and you certify that you are responsible for your own safety, and agree to hold Clean Republic LLC and its owners harmless and release them from all liability concerning any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use of the purchased item.

Clean Republic LLC is not responsible for modifications made by the customer to the customer's bicycle such as fork filing or any modifications made to the components Clean Republic LLC sells.

By completing the purchase process the customer certifies they understand Clean Republic LLC recommends using steel bicycle forks to maximize the safety of operation of the electric motor components that it sells, and recommends the axle nuts be tightened with a force not less than 28 foot-pounds. By installing components Clean Republic LLC sells on the customer's bike the customer further assumes all responsibility for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of those components, and holds harmless Clean Republic from any damage or injury caused by the customer's operation or use of those components.
