Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Specifics:

30-day money back guarantee. Returns of undamaged kits may be issued full refunds less a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs gone to the shipping company. Warranty only applies to original owner.

2-year standard warranty on all non-battery components.

1-year standard warranty on all batteries.

2-year extended warranty ($29 additional at time of purchase) on all components, not including battery performance (since people use the batteries in so many different ways that there is no way to directly guarantee the performance in all situations).

Warranties can be used for an exchange of a component only once.

Customer pays return shipping on returns or warrantied component inspections.

If you have any quality issue with any component, simply return it to us for inspection (we do not pay for return shipping) and we will issue you a replacement component or fix the original at no additional cost. Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component and finished an inspection to determine the cause of any problems.

Do-It-Yourself modifications such as altering the electrical system or damage due to gross negligence or abuse are not covered by the warranty, though we will always work with you until any customer service issue is resolved. Please mail your package in a traceable method to the address below, and please include a note stating your name, your order number and describing your situation and/or request.
